Abstract
The modern education system requires innovative approaches to the training of future teachers. One of the most effective methods is the use of training technologies that allow future teachers to develop the necessary professional and personal competencies. The article discusses the key principles of the organization of training programs, their role in the development of pedagogical skills, and also offers recommendations for the implementation of training in the educational process.
